You are invited to take part in a survey from the Ozarks Transportation Organization (OTO). 

This survey asks about your transportation needs and experiences. Your feedback will help improve transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities in our region.
Your responses will be combined with input from transportation providers and community organizations to help update the Transit Coordination Plan.

The survey takes about 6 to 10 minutes to complete.

Your participation is this survey is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important to us to hear your opinions.
